I posted last week about ‘Ashland’ our build a layout in a weekend challenge being at this years Hornby Magazine Live show, this is just a simple reminder that the show is this coming weekend 7th / 8th July.
As well as Ashland operating in Post war 1946 to 1949 guise on the Saturday using my own rolling stock and moving forward in time to the BR Southern Region era of 1955 to 1965 on the Sunday using Mike and Richard’s stock. there will be over 20 quality layouts in scales from ‘N’ to ‘O’ on show along with full trade support.
This year’s show, is being held in the centre of town in a new venue at the Hartlepool College of Further Education, Stockton Street, Hartlepool, TS24 7LB. Opening times are Saturday 9.30am-5.30pm and Sunday 9.30pm-4.30pm.
Proceeds from the event go to Hartlepool Families First and RNLI Hartlepool. If you are planning on visiting the show please make sure you come and say hello!
