Fisherton Sarum, Picture of the Month Picture of the Month – April 2022 April 1, 2022 grahammuz 9 Comments This months picture… A line up of malachite Bulleids at Fisherton Sarum. I make no apologies if you have seen this excellent picture by Chris Nevard / Model Rail magazine before but it’s one of my favourites! Share this:
More thanks – I was thinking that only happened after nationalisation. “A prototype for everything” was Cyril Freezer’s right-on observation!
Superb photograph.
Unlike the East Coastway, clearly no snow at Fisherton Sarum today! 🙂
An iconic picture of your excellent layout.
Would that mineral wagon in the background be so re-numbered?
Is the wagon going to the coaling plant an intruder . . . ?
No SC were the coal providers for the LSWR / SR
Thank you – I was wondering about the wagon number.
They were Pooled during the war hence the ‘P’ number on the black patch
