This train is my life, Canute Road Quay on the road again – High Wycombe MRX24 – 9th November

Canute Road Quay is on the road again and appearing at the High Wycombe and District MRS MRX24 exhibition on Saturday 9th November.  This show is very local to me being organised by my own Model Rail Society.

Wycombe MRX24 once again brings the Society’s Wycrail exhibition experience to a “small, friendly and family” model railway exhibition, that is being held on Saturday 9th November. This newer style show builds on the success of last year’s Wycombe MRX23 and the Society’s Clubroom Open Days – that have been popular with locals and experienced modellers alike.

Wycombe MRX24 will feature 11 high quality and inspirational model railway layouts, in a wide range of familiar scales and gauges: N, TT, H0, 00, 7mm and 00-9 narrow gauges.

Trade support will be present ranging from ready to run models, previously loved models, books, 3D printed detailing parts, and the Society is pleased to be working with their sponsors, The Transport Treasury and AGR Model Railway Store, Leighton Buzzard.

The Society’s junior modellers layout ‘Mothecombe’ (00) will be on display showing its continued excellent progress and confirming that the hobby is alive and well with our junior modelling members!

The show opens between 10.00am and 4.30pm and is being held at Cressex Community Centre & Social Club, 203 Cressex Road, High Wycombe, HP12 4PZ.
Admission is £5.00; Children 6-16: £1.00, and under sixes are free.

Further information and details can be found on the Society’s website here.

Please drop by and say hello, and have a cuppa and cake as well!
