The Model Railway Club – November Lecture – the history of the LSWR Adams T3 locomotive and developing the RTR model for the EFE Rail range.

I am delighted and honoured to have been asked to present the November lecture at The Model Railway Club this Thursday 14th November.

My presentation is on the history of the LSWR Adams T3 locomotive and developing the RTR model for the EFE Rail range.

The lecture will start with background of producing a Ready-to Run model and the initial research detailing and illustrating the history of the Adams T3 class with archive information and images (with kind support and permission of the South Western Circle).

I will then continue with the process of developing and bringing the model market a using the newly announced model of the Adams T3 locomotive being produced by the Kernow Model Rail Centre for the Bachmann Europe EFE Rail range by way of one of the examples.

The lecture starts at 7.30pm, but doors open at 6.30 at Keen House, 4 Calshot Street, London, N1 9DA or also online on Zoom. The Model Railway Club licenced bar has a range of beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks plus snacks. This is a hybrid lecture in person at Keen House and on Zoom.

Guests are welcome, there is no need to book, but please note that there are stairs to the lecture room, and anyone with concerns about accessibility should contact The Model Railway Club in advance. There is a voluntary collection, with a suggestion of £3 for non members.
