Dugald Drummond joined the London and South Western Railway (LSWR) in 1895 as Locomotive Engineer, succeeding William Adams (see my Talking Stock # 14 post here) having previously worked for the North British Railway, London Brighton & South Coast Railway and the Caledonian Railway.
