Tom at Trains and Terrains has released a great range of 3D printed detailing items including a number suitable for SR modellers.
The LSWR / LBSC / SR related items include: LSWR/SR signs (Beware of Trains, whistle etc,) SR Ground signals, SR Loading gauge, LBSC / LSWR / SR water columns, SR Ballast bins, a variety of different trackside cabinets, various SR concrete fence posts, a range of different station lamps (non working) SR concrete tool shed (complete with tools!), and a classic SR concrete running in board that can be customised with your station name of choice.
I especially like the water columns, as I resorted to scratchbuilding for the LSWR and SR tpes that I have on Fisherton Sarum and these 3D printed items would have saved me quite a bit of time and burnt fingers.
Other useful items include GPO telegraph poles, point levers, and ground frames, platform items, workshop items and equipment weighbridge Scales and Oil Cans.

Unless a product description specifically states otherwise, products are supplied unpainted and may require cleaning, preparation, assembly and/or painting. Some products may be supplied attached to printing supports or sprues where appropriate. I recommend using small side cutters, or sometimes with extreme care use a scalpel to carefully detach each product from the sprue. To minimize damage I always cut or grip as low as possible to the base of the sprue, carefully supporting the part I’m removing.
For the best results, I usually prime such 3D models often either while they are still attached to the sprue/supports or part assemblies using a Halfords plastic primer. When painting, I will also often attach the models to scrap plasticard or wooden sticks using either a tiny amount of super glue or black tack. This allows for easier painting without direct handling.
All in all a good, and I am told expanding, range by Trains and Terrains across a number of scales which will certainly be useful for SR modellers.

I have put an order in, some items very nice
