At the 2024 International N Gauge Show (TINGS) last weekend, Dapol revealed first EP samples for the long awaited N Gauge Bulleid West Country & Battle of Britain Light Pacifics, and my friend Tom Everitt of N Gauge News has taken a close up look.

Also announced at TINGS was the EFE Rail N Gauge Class 41 D600 Warships, that I have developed in my role with Kernow Model Rail Centre for the Bachmann EFE Rail brand based on the previous Kernow Model Rail Centre award winning 00 gauge model.
Although not a Southern Region locomotive they could be seen alongside Southern Region trains at places such as Exeter and Plymouth. Tom’s Video with Bachmann to launch the model can be seen here.

Several of Kernow’s D600 Warships have visited my layout and they are superb models – no doubt the N-gauge model will be of equal high quality…..
